  • Can the equipment be self-powered? What power supply modes are supported?

    The equipment cannot be self-powered. It supports the following power supply modes: mains, gasoline generator, UPS, portable power supply, solar power supply, etc. Comparable products of other manufacturers are also not self-powered.
  • Can your finished product be connected with our platform?

    RacoSensor's radar equipment can be customized and connected to various monitoring platforms. It is capable of providing users with the 3D coordinates (X, Y and Z) and deformation monitoring results of each point in the monitoring area. Its built-in intelligent monitoring and warning platform can serve as a main monitoring platform which can be connected with external sensors. This platform supports both LAN and Ethernet, thereby effectively avoiding data leaks in Ethernet data communication.
  • Which terrain formats does the 3D display support?

    The intelligent monitoring and warning platform of RacoSensor's slope deformation monitoring radar is developed with 3D GIS technology. It contains a 3D topographic map of the country (resolution: 30 m) and supports the 3D import of external terrain. It can be integrated with LiDAR, 3D laser scanning systems, remote sensor imaging, 3D models, InSAR results, etc. It also supports the following formats: OSGB, TIF, TXT and CSV (LAS and OBJ formats are not yet supported).
  • What about the 3D display of the radar? Are center coordinates or other coordinates used? Is it necessary to know the radar location? Which information is provided?

    The intelligent monitoring and warning platform displays radar monitoring results through 3D projection and terrain matching technology.
    The WGS84 geographic coordinate system is used in this platform.
    It is necessary to know the location for radar installation. The left and right end coordinates (WGS84 geographic coordinate system) of the radar can be obtained through on-site positioning with total station, RTK and other positioning instruments, then entered through acquisition software. These coordinates can also be obtained through the positioning and orientation module of the radar (only the MIMO radar has this function).
RacoSensor has successively developed multiple series of radar products and their application systems for slope deformation monitoring and airport runway foreign object debris (FOD) detection.
